BES Parent Drop-off/Pick-up Procedures
We have implemented a 4th grade parent drop-off/pick-up lane. We ask that 3rd grade parents continue to use the parent lane area near the cafeteria lined up North of the school on W. Chickasaw St. Our 4th grade parent car lane will travel South on S. Church St. in front of the school. The drop-off area will be located in front of the auditorium. After 4th graders are dropped off, vehicles should turn east on W. Chippewa St, west on W. Chippewa St. or continue South on S. Church St. Please have your “school issued” car tag with your child’s name attached to the vehicle’s rear-view mirror as you come into the parent lane. This will help speed up the pick-up process. We will have barriers and/or an officer to help direct traffic to allow our process to run smoothly.
Walkers
All walkers will enter the building through the main entrance wearing a mask.
****Please note on rainy days all walkers will go to Parent Pick Up.
