• TTW teach students how to perform the movements needed to strike the ball from the air and from the ground. • TSW then perform the drills explain to them before moving to the next drill. • TTW talk about influential people who play the sport of tennis at the end of each week. TTW talk to students about the opportunities to play the sport throughout Brookhaven. We have three different sets of courts located at the city park, Brookhaven’s Country Club, and Brookhill on Natchez. |

The students will be able to asses each other when other students performing the skills. The students will have a competition at the end of every class session to see who is best at the skills required to play I will give thumbs up or a verbal “good job” when students are performing skills correctly/ incorrectly. I will give out PBIS tickets to students who display extraordinary sportsmanship, attitude, and effort during the lesson. |

Station three is all about the rules and how they are applied during a game. • TTW talk about why these rules are important to follow and I will also talk about what happens if a player doesn’t play within the guide lines. |
